Refund policy

At Soft Sunday Co., all products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we've got you covered if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• There is a print quality issue

In any of these cases, please contact us at hello@softsundayco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right with a store credit or replacement at no cost to you.

We do not offer cash refunds.
